The PCC met 11 November, when the following items were discussed:

Finance: Holding steady at the moment. It appears outstanding debts can be cleared at the end of the year and hopefully loans repaid by March 2010. £1400 had been raised in Harvest collection, which would increase to £1600 with gift aid.

Re-ordering: The pulpit was brought down from loft and the PCC felt that there was no where it could be suitable placed in reordered building. However, it was suggested that panels could be reused within the chancel area and this would be brought to next meeting.

Management Groups:

Buildings and Finance: Draft letter to Bishop seeking funding for mission was approved and would be sent off.

Mission and Outreach: CUF funding - additional application for further loan being prepared.

Worship and Spirituality: Advent meals in lieu of meditation services - lists to be clarified. Workshop leaflets for Christingle to be sent out.

Pastoral and Social: No meeting but venues being sought for Patronal festival meal.

Stolen lead - insurance claim to be made but excess would have to be paid.

Arrangements would be made for main roof gutters to be cleared.
